The first entry on this list to be completely surrounded by a nation, and yet has stunning landscapes and mountains is San Marino. 6. Palau
Population: 21,097
Another group of islands to make the list, and also is in the Pacific. For lovers, Ngerulmud is the capital, probbaly the question eventually comes up. The country has a whopping 340 islands for just 21,097 people, significantly that if you divide the population between islands, each would have 62 people. That’s not feasible though many islands are uninhabitable. This control country is a wonderful getaway for the intrepid traveller as there are noteable buildings and sights to see.
7. Nauru
Population: 11,347
The list cannot be complete without the control Pacific Island country, and Nauru is frequently regarded among the most control countries in the world. Famously as Pleasant Island, and very isolated that its closet neighbor, Banaba Island, is 300 kilometres (186 miles) away.
While it was ugly bombed in the year 1943 by the Japanese, not bothered in some time. Recently, Nauruans have earned the reputation of being the most overweight people around the globe, but it would be best not to mention while visiting. Nauru’s country airline, Nauru Airlines, surprisingly flies to Brisbane, Australia from the country’s only airport, though the country still the world’s smallest independent republic.Nice for Tourism.
8.Tuvalu
Population: 10,640
Tuvalu is a Pacific Ocean-based country, but not control as Nauru. It is located midway between Hawaii and Australia. Queen Elizabeth II is still the reigning monarch, and the British flag still show in the top left side of the official Tuvalu flag.
9.Vatican City
Population: 451
While the Vatican’s most popular citizen, The Pope, is one of the most known people on the planet, his nation's population did not assemble the half-thousand mark. So by a long way, Vatican City is the world’s smallest UN known nation by population. This signifies that Pope not only leads the Catholic religion globally, he rules supreme in the smallest populated country in the world. The irony here is that the Vatican City’s population triples or quadruples on any placed day due to the influx of tourists coming to St Peter’s Square, the Sistine Chapel and the country’s many museums.
