STOMACH ULCERS

Stomach ulcer also known as peptic ulcer is a small erosion in the gastrointestinal tract

CAUSES
Most are caused by infection with the Helicobacter pylori bacterium

SOLUTION

1. Slice and pount 10 unripe plantain
2. Add 3 litres of water, 
3. Allow it to ferment for at least 6 days
4. Shake it and drink 1/2 glass 
5. For morning, afternoon and night after each meal with 1 hour gap.
